The target group for this truncated version of the MES is middle to senior managers of an organization. (Offered on an in-house basis only.)

As per the MES but in lesser detail and excluding detailed Situational Analysis.
At the end of the workshop, participants should be able to:
Understand the role of the manager
Be able to differentiate task orientation and relationship orientation
Understand effective and less effective managerial styles
Define and agree Effectiveness Areas – the outputs of the job
Quantify and diagnose team and individual performance over time
Compile individual and team performance scorecards
Re-define job effectiveness descriptions for every position

Improved job clarity by describing all jobs in “effectiveness” terms.
A focus thereafter on achieving positional outputs requirements
An increase in individual and team levels of effectiveness
Improved communication and objectivity within teams and the organization
Objective measurements of team effectiveness and resultant improvement in team synergies and performance
