  • The target group for this truncated version of the MES is middle to senior managers of an organization. (Offered on an in-house basis only.)

  • As per the MES but in lesser detail and excluding detailed Situational Analysis.

    At the end of the workshop, participants should be able to:

    • Understand the role of the manager

    • Be able to differentiate task orientation and relationship orientation

    • Understand effective and less effective managerial styles

    • Define and agree Effectiveness Areas – the outputs of the job

    • Quantify and diagnose team and individual performance over time

    • Compile individual and team performance scorecards

    • Re-define job effectiveness descriptions for every position

    • Improved job clarity by describing all jobs in “effectiveness” terms.

    • A focus thereafter on achieving positional outputs requirements

    • An increase in individual and team levels of effectiveness

    • Improved communication and objectivity within teams and the organization

    • Objective measurements of team effectiveness and resultant improvement in team synergies and performance
